Build-A-Bear Sulley monsters recalled due to choking hazard

Sulley is the lovable furry blue monster from Monsters, Inc., but if you bought a Sulley stuffed toy from Build-A-Bear Workshop, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has issued a recall because the eyes can detach and cause a choking hazard. The Build-A-Bear stuffed monster is covered in blue furry fabric with purple spots, horn on its head and has blue eyes measuring about 1 inch in diameter.

High-end Vitamix blenders: blades can break

The CPSC has recalled Vitamix blenders, which sold for around $529.00 to $749.00 at stores, home shows and from product demonstrators. The CPSC has received 17 reports of blades breaking, but no injuries. At high speeds used by blenders, that could be dangerous, so consumers are urged to get the unit repaired.
